Finished works are submitted from the Studio to the gallery at /submissions/. Each submission enters a review flow: pending (awaiting review) → approved (publicly displayed in the gallery) or rejected (returned with a standard reason code, e.g. R01). You may withdraw a pending or approved submission anytime; withdrawn works leave the public gallery and are physically removed after 30 days. Rejected works can be fixed and resubmitted.
All global creators, designers, musicians, and AI enthusiasts are eligible to join 3sax contests. No regional or professional restrictions. Both amateur and professional creators can participate.
All submitted works must be AI-generated or AI-assisted creation related to saxophone music, sax visual art, jazz style and related creative themes. All submissions must be original and cannot be copied or plagiarized from other public works.
Works are submitted as 3sax studio projects (encoded material, action, music, schedule, event and skeleton groups). Each user can submit multiple works for different contest themes.
Entries are evaluated by official reviewers based on theme conformity, creativity, technical quality (codec correctness, music-visual synchronization) and overall artistic expression. Results are decided by manual review; winners are announced per contest period.
Creators retain full original copyright of their works. Submitted works grant 3sax.com non-exclusive display rights for platform exhibition, promotion and gallery display without commercial resale.
Plagiarism, fake generation, repeated identical submissions, irrelevant content and malicious brushing votes will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the contest list.
Winning entries will be officially displayed in the platform gallery, receive official certification and priority recommendation in future contest activities.
