1. End User License Agreement (EULA) / 1. 最终用户许可协议（EULA）

1.1 Personal Authorization / 1.1 个人授权

Users who use SAX vertical AI tools for free can obtain non-commercial personal usage rights. The generated works can be used for personal viewing, portfolio display, gallery submission and contest participation, and cannot be used for any commercial profit behavior.

1.2 Commercial Authorization / 1.2 商业授权

After activating the paid commercial authorization service, users can use the AI works generated by SAX tools for commercial scenarios including but not limited to commercial design, commercial delivery, studio project production and commercial publicity. The platform provides formal commercial authorization certification. If commercial authorization is not yet available on your account, it will be announced on this page when the service goes live.

1.3 Usage Restrictions / 1.3 使用限制

Users shall not use SAX tools to generate illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent and other non-compliant works. Users shall bear all legal responsibilities for non-compliant usage behavior independently.

2. Refund Policy / 2. 退款政策

2.1 Refund Eligibility / 2.1 退款资格

For paid SAX tool subscription and authorization services, users can apply for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no tool generation record and no commercial authorization record exist.

2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios / 2.2 不可退款情形

• Users who have used the tool to generate works after purchase
• Users who have activated commercial authorization certification
• Manual abnormal operation, malicious refund application and violation of platform rules
• Expired subscription services and one-time customized service products

2.3 Refund Processing Cycle / 2.3 退款处理周期

After the refund application is approved, the refund will be completed within 3-7 working days, and the original service authorization will be automatically invalidated after the refund is successful.

3. Service Iteration Statement / 3. 服务迭代声明

SAX tools will continue to iterate functions and optimize effects. The platform does not guarantee that the functions and effects will remain unchanged permanently, and the iteration and optimization of tool functions will not be used as a reason for refund application.

4. Clause Update / 4. 条款更新

The platform reserves the right to update the EULA and refund policy. The updated clauses will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform services means acceptance of the latest clauses.
